Friday--Dirtface Galore!
I really don't know how she maintains it, but her dirt-beard is coming in rather nicely. Thankfully she enjoys the bubble-beard she gives herself in the bathtub almost as much.
Frankly, I can't remember much about what they did in camp on Friday. The theme was International Day. She did not dress up--how does one dress up for international day? She got a Scottish Flag painted on her arm by her TB3 counselor Sarah (who is Scottish, duh). A few of the counselors spoke about their respective countries but I do not think anything resonated with the little ones. Alex thought she had an American flag on her arm. Yes, even though she does know that the American Flag has stars and stripes and is red, white and blue. Whatev. Can't say I care all that much. She'll figure it out.
There was no archery or environment--probably because of the International Day extravaganza. She spent lots of time in the sand pit as you can see.
I actually took her shopping (for her friend's birthday present) in that outfit after dinner I cleaned off her dirtface first). Surprisingly, we didn't get any strange looks. People saw through the filth--it's not just us. Her cuteness knows no bounds--the sandpit is no match!
